By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, pursuant to my levy by O.R.C. §2329.09, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements of the Judgment Debtors, Patrick S. Paris, Sr. and Linda D. Paris, which is subject to levy and sale by the Plaintiff and Judgment Creditor, Cortland Savings and Banking Company’s judgment lien. Be advised pursuant to the terms of this execution sale as against real estate referred to as a Writ of Venda Expondis, the purchaser at the execution sale will be purchasing the property SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS AND ENCUMBRANCES THAT EXIST AS A MATTER OF RECORD.

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Plat Lots 123 and 124 in Residential Park Plat as recorded in Volume 21, Pages 13 and 14 of Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Lot Number 123 and 124 have a combined frontage of 100 feet on the Southeasterly line of Edgewood Oval and extends back therefrom a distance of 259 feet to the center of Burgess Run on its Northeasterly line; a distance of 349 feet to the center of Burgess Run on its Southwesterly line, and having an irregular rear line which follows the centerline of Burgess Run, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
