John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Linda A. Parker, whose last known address is 24 Wind Rose Court, Columbiana, OH 44408, and all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 11th day of July, 2013, Wells Fargo Bank NA Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Incorporated filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 13CV 1867 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 121 Creed Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5291, Page 828, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-007-0-460.000

The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 31st day of December, 2013, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
