DEFENDANTS.

The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Carol Sue Fix, whose last known address is unknown and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Marvin L. Fix, whose last known address is unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 15th day of October, 2013, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 13 CV 2926, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $49,094.87 plus interest at 3.74% (variable) per annum from May 13, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1275 E. Western Reserve Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, being permanent parcel number PPN: 01-216-0-016.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and that the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an answer on or before the 12th day of December, 2013.
