Johnson and John Doe(s), Unknown Tenants/Occupant(s) of 89 Rutledge Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, whose last known address is 89 Rutledge Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, will take notice that on the 19th day of July, 2013, Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, LLC, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure of Land Installment Contract in Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 13CV 1952. The address for Mahoning County Common Pleas Court is 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503. The object and demand for relief contained in said Complaint is to foreclose the Land Installment Contract dated May 7, 2012, and filed on May 14, 2012, as Instrument No. 201200013583 of Mahoning County Recorder's Office. The Land Installment Contract relates to real property described as follows:

and being more particularly described in the Sheriff's Deed recorded as Instrument No. 201100021704 of the Mahoning County Recorder's Office.
