The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Administrators, Executors and/or Assigns of Nancy K. Fierst will take notice that on April 23, 2013, First Place Bank filed an Answer and Cross-claim against Nancy K. Fierst asking for judgment in the following amount: Five Thousand, Four Hundred Ninety-seven and Seventy-two/100ths Dollars ($5,497.72), plus interest and costs per day thereafter from June 27, 2012, plus additional contractual charges and any advances made by First Place Bank for taxes, insurance, maintenance or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's Deed and also seeking foreclosure of its Mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 26310, formerly Sub Lot No. 409, in said Plat No. 4 of Powerstown, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 49, of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 26310 has a frontage of 50 feet on the southwesterly side of Neilson Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the northwesterly line, 150 feet on the southeasterly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Administrators, Executors and/or Assigns of Nancy K. Fierst are required to answer said Answer and Cross-claim within twenty-eight (28) days after publication of this Notice or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceeding.
