Unknown Spouse of Dolores J. Poland aka Dolores Poland, Unknown Heirs at Law of Dolores J. Poland aka Dolores Poland will take notice that the Plaintiff, KeyBank National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahnoing County Ohio, being Case No. 13CV 1804. The object of, and Demand for relief in the Complaint is, to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the forgoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being a part of great lot 4, in said Township of Poland, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Poland Struthers Road at the Southwesterly corner of Lot No. 59 in Lyon Park Plat, Division "A" as recorded in Vol. 21, Page 88, Mahoning County Records of Plats, proceeding thence in a northwesterly direction along the southerly line of said Plat Lot No. 59, a distance of 175 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot No. 59 proceeding thence in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel to the Poland Struthers Road, a distance of about 47.38 feet to a point which said point is a distance of 50 feet from the northeasterly line of a one half acre tract of land now or formerly owned by McKee, measured along a line parallel to the northwesterly line of the Poland Struthers Road proceeding thence in a southeasterly direction along a line parallel to the southwesterly line of Plat Lot No. 59 a distance of 175 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of Poland Struthers Road, proceeding thence in a northeasterly direction along said northwesterly line of said road a distance of about 47.38 feet to the place of beginning, and being the northeast portion of a certain tract of land heretofore conveyed by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Youngstown to Edwin H. Gensler.
