Rose DuBose, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, and assignees, whose exact addresses cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 12th day of April, 2013, Plaintiff, Tiger Land Holdings, LLC, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 13CV 999 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Tax Parcel 53-222-0-480.000
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as Youngstown City Lot number 47359, formerly Sublot 52 of the Acreage Plat as recorded in Volume 9 of Maps, Page 73, Mahoning County Records of Plats. The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the property to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption of the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of October, 2013.
