DEFENDANTS.
A & B Land Development, Incorporated, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 15th day of March, 2013, Plaintiff, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No 13CV 721 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio to foreclosure the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest charges and costs with respect to the following parcels of real property:
Tax Parcel 53-093-0-059.000
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio; and known as being City Lot 19736 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, in Margaret Know, et al Plat, a subdivsion of part of Youngstown City Outlot #621, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 16 of Maps, Page 43, Mahoning County Records.
Said City Lot #19736 has a frontage of forty (40) feet on the northerly side of Randolph Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of one hundred sixty-five (165) feet, as appears by said plat.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being the westerly one-half from front to rear of Youngstown City Lot No. 36653, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, in the Silas Shook Plat, a subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot Number 20, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 18 of Maps at page 137 of Mahoning Conuty records.
Said westerly one-half of Youngstown City Lot No. 36653 has a frontage of 20 feet on the southerly side of Alameda Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet to a rear line of 20 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Numbers 61324, 61325, 61326, 61327, 61328, 61329, 61330, 61331, 61332, 61333 and 61334, according to the latest enumerations of lots in said city, as recorded in Volume 63 of Plats, Page 306, Mahoning County Records.
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of October, 2013. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
