The Marchiggiano Club, whose exact addresses cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 15th day of March, 2013, Plaintiff, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 13CV 720 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio to foreclosure the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest charges and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and Known as being part of Youngstown City Out Lot 1585 according to the lateset enumeration of lots in said city: beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Stewart Avenue as now located and the westerly side of Drake Avenue, formerly Randall Street, thence S 2° 56' West a distance of 620.6 feet to the northerly side of Woodcrest Avenue as dedicated in Vol. 15 of Maps, Page 89 of Mahoning County records; thence N. 87° 07' W., along the northerly side of Woodcrest Avenue, as dedicated in Vol. 15 of Maps, Page 87, a distance of 131.38 feet to a point; thence N. 2° 56' E., a distance of 473.38 feet to a point; thence N. 85° 51' E. a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence N. 2° 56' E. a distance of 150 feet to the southerly side of Stewart Ave., as now located, thence easterly along the southerly side of Stewart Ave., as now located, a distance of 81.42 feet to the place of beginning be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being part of Youngstown City Out-lot #1585 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city; beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Stewart Ave., as now located and easterly side of Drake Ave., formerly Randall Street, thence southerly along the easterly side of Drake Ave., formerly Randall Street, to the northerly side of Woodcrest Avenue, thence along the northerly side of Woodcrest Avenue a distance of about 300.5 feet to the easterly line of Out-lot Number 1585; thence northerly along the easterly line of Out-lot No. 1585 a distance of 588.3 feet to the southerly side of Stewart Ave., as now located; thence westerly along the southerly side of Stewart Ave., as now located about 301.45 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of October, 2013. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
