James R. McDuffie, and the unknown heirs, kin, devisees and legatees, whose exact addresses cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 15th day of March, 2013, Plaintiff, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No 13CV 716 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio to foreclosure the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest charges and costs with respect to the following parcels of real property:

Tax Parcel 53-022-0-144.000

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 5125, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, as shown by the recorded plat thereof in Volume 5, Page 69, Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 5125 has a frontage of 50 feet on the easterly side of Lane Avenue and extends back between parallel line to a depth of 205 feet, as appears by said plat be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Tax Parcel 53-052-0-157.000

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being City Lot Number Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Ninety (12690) as lots are now numbered in said city and as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 8 of Maps, at page 161.

Said City Lot Number Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Ninety (12690) fronts Thirty-seven (37) feet on the east line of Hillman Street and extends back, of even width One Hundred (100) feet.

Tax Parcel 53-052-0-158.000

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being City Lot No. 12691 according to the latest enumerations of lots in said city as shown in plat recorded in Volume 8, Page 161, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 37 feet on the east line of Hillman Street and extends back on its north line 100 feet and extends back on its south line 100 feet and has a rear line of 37 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 1576 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of Liberty Road Number 23° 35' W. 303.42 feet from the northerly right of way line of the Youngstown and Sharon Railway Company:

1) Thence North 87° 21' W. 584.21 feet.

2) Thence North along the east line of Calvin and Welsh Plat about 228 feet:

3) Thence South 87° 21' E. About 471.05 feet to a pin in the center of Liberty Road:

4) Thence South 23° 35' along the center of Liberty Road 254.61 feet to the place of beginning.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 52440 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said city, and as shown in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 88 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 52440 has a frontage of 43 feet on the easterly side of Manley Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 120 feet on the northerly line, 120 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 43 feet, as appears by said plat.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being the northerly 11 feet from front to rear of Youngstown City Lot Number 52441 according to the latest enumerations of lots in said city, and as shown in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 88 of Mahoning County Records.

Said part of Youngstown City Lot Number 52441 has a frontage of 11 feet on the easterly side of Manley Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 120 feet on the northerly line, 120 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 11 feet, as appears by said plat.

Tax Parcel 53-247-0-018.000

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 55621, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, as recorded in Volume 27 of Plats, Page 48, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot Number 55621 has a frontage of 66.5 feet on the northerly line of Nelson Ave and extends back on its easterly line 312.24 feet, and on its westerly line 311.82 feet, having a rear line 65.5 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of October, 2013. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
