The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, Executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Edgar W. Hile Jr. AKA Edgar W. Hile, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 21st day of August, 2013. The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 13CV 2337 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $74,092.70, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, together with accrued interest in the amount of $2,086.62 and interest acruing at the rate of 8.74% per annum from July 26, 2013, upon a certain obligation signed by, Edgar W. Hile, Jr. AKA Edgar W. Hile now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Berlin Center, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot No. 1 in the Replat of Lot No. 1 in Steve J. Serensky Plat No. 1, a Subdivision of a part of Original Berlin Township, part of Lot No. 3 - Tract 3, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 94 of Maps, Page 228, of Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
