DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Richard D. Haddle, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of August, 2013, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 13CV 2287 as now numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $8,641.37, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, together with accrued interest in the amount of $23.20 and interest accruing at the rate of 3.5% per annum from July 26, 2013, upon a certain obligation signed by, Richard D. Haddle now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number 9 in Grant H Titus Plat as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 32, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the south line of Shields Road and extends back on its east line 195 feet, and on its west line 195 feet and having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer on or before the 17th day of October, 2013.
