Defendants, Robert T. Skillman, aka, Robert Skillman, whose last known address is 1068 Zander Drive, Youngstown, OH 44511 and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and assigns of Robert T. Skillman, aka, Robert Skillman, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice thaat on the 3rd day of July, 2013, First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 13CV 1799, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Robert T. Skillman, aka, Robert Skillman and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Robert T. Skillman, aka, Robert Skillman, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1068 Zander Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-084-0-133.000

The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of October, 2013.
