Gustav Nemenz, whose last known address is 11090 Sharrott Road, North Lima, OH 44452, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Gustav Nemenz, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 12th day of June, 2013, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 13CV 1587 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 17616 Lundys Lane, Lake Milton, OH 44429 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5552, Page 2162, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 33-030-0-239.000 & 33-030-0-240.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of September, 2013, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
