Cross, Jr.; Maxine Scott; Veronica Saunders aka Veronica Sanders; Valerie Cross aka Valaria Cross; Cynthia O'Neal; and Robin Cross; American Tax Funding LLC; State of Ohio Department of Taxation; Cavalry SPV I, LLC; and Beneficial Ohio Inc., whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 30th day of July, 2013, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 13CV 2071 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-003-0-253.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 410 Ford Avenue, Lot 4677 North

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-005-0-422.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Arlington Street; Lot No 3267

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-005-0-423.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 390 Arlington Street; Lot 1827

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-076-0-034.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 367 Scott Street; Lot 3570

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 25th day of September, 2013.
