To: Cuyahoga Concrete Co. affiliate of Osborne Concrete and Stone Co, whose last known places of business is: 2100 Central Furnace Court, Cleveland, OH 44115 and c/o David J Richards, statutory agent, 153 E Erie St, Painesville, OH 44077 and First Sealord Surety Inc., whose last know place of business is: 789 E. Lancaster Avenue, Suite 200, Villanova, Pennsylvania 19085 each of you will take notice that on the 30th day of April, 2013, the Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 13CV 1166, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $138,975.10 plus interest at the rate of 4.00% (variable) per annum from July 10, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees, applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3900 Mercedes Place, Canfield, Ohio 44406, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 26-059-0-022.170.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in the payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to answer on or before the 19th day of September, 2013.
