To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouses and Creditors of Edward Martin Schuller, AKA Edward M. Schuller, whose last known place of residence is unknown, you will take notice that on the 14th day of May, 2013, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 13CV 1300, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $71,999.43 plus interest at 4.99% (variable) per annum from December 1, 2012, plus late charges applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a Street Address of 266 First Street, Youngstown, OH 44515, being Permanent Parcel No: 48-009-0-100.010.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of September, 2013.
