Unknown Trustee(s), if any, of the McIntee Family Revocable Living Trust dated January 4, 2005, Address Unknown whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 11, 2013, The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint Case No: 13CV 1858 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Attn: Civil Clerk, c/o Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Trustee(s), if any, of the McIntee Family Revocable Living Trust dated January 4, 2005, Address Unknown have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 6412 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Sub Lot 52 in Howard Linsenbigler's Plat No. 2, a Subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township Great Lot No. 13, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 38 of Maps, Page 167 of Mahoning County Records, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of Struthers City Lot No. 6411 with the northerly line of Smithfield Street; thence along the westerly line of Struthers City Lot No. 6411 a distance of 125 feet to the intersection thereof with the southerly line of Stuthers City Lot No. 6395; thence westerly along the southerly line of Struthers City Lot No. 6395 a distance of 77 feet to the intersection thereof with the easterly line of Garfield Street; thence southerly along the easterly line of Garfield Street a distance of about 100 feet to a point; thence by a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 25 feet to a point on the northerly line of Smithfield Street; thence easterly along the southerly line of Smithfield Street a distance of about 50.16 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
