Ohio Ave, Sebring, OH 44672, each of you will take notice that on the 1st day of February, 2013, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger Sky Bank Successor by Merger to Unizan Bank National Association, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 13CV 280, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $77,616.18 plus interest at the rate of 5.74% per annum from May 20, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, wich has a street address of 835 W. Ohio Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672 being permanent parcel number Parcel ID: 21-014-0-088.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 16th day of August, 2013.
