DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on the 4th day of December, 2012, the Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 12CV 3668, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 22752 Alden Ave., Alliance, OH 44601, Permanent Parcel Nos. 19-031-0-073.000, 19-031-0-072.000 and 19-031-0-074.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, is/are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 23rd day of August, 2013. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bonnie Bissett, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
