Unknown Heirs, at law, Legatees, Devisees, Next of Kin of David Plazio and Unknown Tenants, if any, of 249 Curry Place, whose last places of residence were unknown and whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice on 24th day of May, 2013, Stover Partners #4, LP, filed its Complaint in Case No. 13CV 1401 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, Unknown Heirs at law, Legatees, Devisees, Next of Kin of David Plazio and Unknown Tenants, if any, of 249 Curry Place have or claim to have an interst in the real estate described below:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-014-0-243.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 249 Curry Place, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.

A copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the County Auditors Office.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of nonpayment of certain Tax Certificates, the lien of Petitioner has become absolute against the real estate.

The Petitioner prays that Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Tax Certificates, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.

DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 7TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2013.
