Jeffrey D. Huff and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey D. Huff, whose last known place of residence was 473 Garfield Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471, otherwise whose place of residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of January, 2013, Edward Luna, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 13CV 95 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number 3088 according to the latest enumeration of lots is said City, in Replat of Lots 3088 & 3089, as recorded in Volume 73 of Plats, Page 145, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 58.28 feet on the West line of Garfield Street, and extends back on its North line 123.63 feet, and on its South line 23.61 feet, having a rear line of 58.28 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 473 Garfield Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

Plaintiff prays that his liens be judge to be a valid first lien upon the real estate described herein and that said tax lien be foreclosed; that said real property may be ordered sold, and plaintiff be paid out of the proceeds of said sale; and for such other relief legal and equitable as may be proper and necessary; and that all other defendant herein be required to set up their liens or interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting same.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of September, 2013.
