John Sharer, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that, on the 30th day of March, 2012, Plaintiff, Milton Sanchez-Parodi, filed his Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 12CV 972 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by him for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property, which is situated in the of City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Out Lot Number 1597, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the center line of Early Road at the northeast corner of City In Lot No. 54646, said point of begining being S. 37° 36'E. a distance of 28.20 feet from an iron stake standing in the west line of said road; thence from said point of begining and passing over said iron stake N 37° 36'W. a distance of 255 feet to an iron stake standing in the northwest corner of said In Lot No. 54646; thence along the west line of said In Lot No. 54646 S. 9° 43' W. a distance of 75.9 feet to an iron stake standing in the dividing line between said Out Lot No. 1597 and Out Lot No. 1596; thence along said dividing line N. 87° 36' W. a distance of 388.85 feet to an iron stake in the southeasterly line of the right of way line on the Youngstown-Sharon Street Railway now abandoned; thence along said right of way line N. 67° 29 E. a distance of 9.8 feet to a point of curve; thence by a line curving to the left and embraced within the radius of 349.6 feet a distance of 113.47 feet to an iron stake standing a point of tangency (the record of said curve bearing N. 48° 9' E. a distance of 113.12 feet) thence continuing along said right of way line N. 48° 49' E. a distance of 272 feet to an iron stake standing at a point of curve; thence a line curving to the right and embraced within a radius of 289.6 feet a distance of 97.8 feet to an iron stake standing at a point of tangency (the record of said curve bearing N. 58° 31' E. a distance of 97.7 feet) thence also along said right of way line N. 68° 14' E. a distance of 321.9 feet to an iron stake; thence by a line at right agles to the Early Road a distance of 6 feet southerly by a rectangular measurement from the southeast corner of the Grantor's residence and passing over an iron stake standing in the west line of said road; S. 60° 01 'E. a distance of 151.9 feet to the center line of said road; thence along said center line S. 29° 59' W. a distance of 334.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.88 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the property to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of July, 2013. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against him for the relief requested in the Complaint.
