THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ASSIGNEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND SURVIVING SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF JAMES ESPINOZA, DECEASED, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Defendants, April M. Espinoza; Unknown Spouse, if any, of April M. Espinoza; and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of James Espinoza, deceased; and Earl Watley Long, deceased, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 27th day of March, 2013, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 13CV 827 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 38-018-0-319.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Fourth St., Struthers, City Lot 3073.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 38-013-0-158.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Harvey Ave, Struthers, City Lot 4221.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 5th day of July, 2013.
