DEFENDANTS.
Evelyn I. Steed and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Evelyn I. Steed whose addresses are unknown, are hereby notified First National Bank of America filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in Mahoning County, Ohio in Case No. 12 CV 3682 against them, alleging that on September 20, 2005, Thomas E. Steed, Sr., executed to First National Bank of America, a promissory note; and that the payments on the note are in default, and there is due Plaintiff thereon the sum of $12,605.46 with interest at the rate of 12.99% per annum, from June 5, 2012; that in order to secure the promissory note, Thomas E. Steed, Sr., and Evelyn I. Steed executed and delivered to First National Bank of America a mortgage deed and conveyed the following described real estate:
Sitated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as Being Lot Nos 100 and 101 in Green Lain Park as recorded in Volume 11, Page 2 of the Mahoning County Records of Maps.
Said Lots have a combined Frontage of 80' on the South Line of Alden Avenue and extend back between parallel line 110', having a combined rear line of 80' said rear line running along the North Line of the unnamed Alley of underscribed width, be the same more or less, but subject to all Legal Highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 22659 Alden Avenue, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
Plaintiff says that said mortgage was delivered to the Recorder of Mahoning County, Ohio on September 26, 2005 and was recorded in Official Record 5564, Page 1340: Recorder's Office, Mahoning County, Ohio and is the first and best lien on said premises save the lien of taxes and assessments and the cost of this action.
That by reason of the failure of Thomas E. Steed, Sr., to make the monthly payments as required, the Plaintiff has declared the entire amount due and mortgage securing such note to be absolute; that the Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio, The Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees, Devises, of Thomas E. Steed Sr., deceased and Richard Roe, Unknown Occupant, may have a claim against said premises. Therefore, Plaintiff prays for "in rem" judgment in the amount of $12,605.46 with interest at the rate of 12.99% per annum, from June 5, 2012, plus late charges, advances and penalties as provided for in the note; and that the mortgage set forth in the Second Cause of Relief be foreclosed and all equities of redemption be forever cut off; that the Plaintiff be found to have the first and best lien herein, subject to taxes and that the priority of all liens be determined by this Court; that said premises be sold as upon execution free and clear of all liens, interest and dower, and the proceeds thereof applied to the Plaintiff's claim set out in the foregoing complaint and the Plaintiff may have such other and further relief to which it may be entitled at law or in equity.
Defendants first hereinabove named are further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before June 21, 2013 which includes 28 days from the last publication, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
