The Defendant, FFPM/Carmel Holding I LLC Assignee of HSBC Card Services, Inc., but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on 24th day of May, 2012, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as certificate trustee (not in its individual capacity but solely as certificate trustee), in trust for registered Holders of VNT Trust Series 2010-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 12CV 1585, in th Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 73 Wilson Street, Struthers, OH 44471, Permanent Parcel No. 38-012-0-078.00-0, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, FFPM/Carmel Holding I LLC Assignee of HSBC Card Services, Inc., is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eights (28) days after the last publication of this notice. Said answer day being the 28th day of May, 2013. In the event that the Defendant, FFPM/Carmel Holding I LLC Assignee of HSBC Card Services, Inc., failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
