To: Efthemos G. Hazinakis, whose last known places of residence is 4057 Pritchard Ohltown Road, Newton Falls, OH 44444: P.O. Box 156, Hiram, OH 44234 and 900 Mason St, Warren, OH 44485 you will take notice that on the 29th day of March, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank Attention: Mortgage Loan Department Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, Successor by Merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 942, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $105,735.32 plus interest at the rate of 5.375% per annum from September 1, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 4057 Pritchard Ohltown Road, Newton Falls, Ohio 44444, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 51-080-0-013.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 24th day of May, 2013.
