Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as the Defendants in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on February 25, 2013.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against Defendants. The prayer is that Plaintiff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within described premises in the amount as set forth in the complaint and accrued interest and penalties, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plaintiff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed and an order of sale issued to the Plaintiff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled.
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being all of Lot Number Thirty-four Thousand Five hundred Ten (34510) and Thirty-four Thousand Five Hundred Nine (34509) as lots are now known and numbered in said city, and as shown by the Plat of Cohasset Boulevard Company's Subdivision known as Cohasset Boulevard Plat Number 1, as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 7, Mahoning County Records; said lots being further known as Sub-Lots 80 and 81 of said Plat.
Said Lots taken together form a compact parcel of land bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Winona Drive by the Westerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 34508, run
Thence Northerly by said Westerly line a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to a point in the Southerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 34447, run
Thence Westerly by the Southerly lines of Youngstown City Lots Number 34477, 57661 and 34476 a distance of Two Hundred Fifty-three and Seventy-six One Hundredths (253.76) feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of Volney Road; run
Thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of Volney Road a distance of Sixteen and Forty-five One Hundredths (16.45) feet to a point; run
Thence South 45 degrees 32 minutes East along the Northeasterly line of Volney Road a distance of One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet to a point; run
Thence Southeasterly still along the Northeasterly line of Volney Road a distance of Forty-four and Sixty-four One Hundredths (44.64) Feet to a point; run
Thence Easterly by a curved line along the Northerly line of Winona Drive a distance of Forty-six and One Tenths (46.1) feet to a point; run
Thence Easterly long the Northerly line of Winona Drive a distance of Eighty and Nine Tenths (80.9) feet to the place of beginning.
Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of May, 2013.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
