Zirounis, whose last known address is 1399 Northfield Drive, Mineral Ridge, OH 44440; Unknown Spouse (if any) of Florence Zirounis, whose last known address is 2169 Cranbrook Drive, Youngstown, OH 44511; Unknown Spouse (if any) of Nikitas M. Zirounis, whose last known address is 1399 Northfield Drive, Mineral Ridge, OH 44440; and Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, assigns of Florence Zirounis and their unknown spouses; the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Florence Zirounis and their unknown spouses; and the unknown executors, administrators, and fiduciaries of Florence Zirounis, will take notice that on January 14, 2013, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 13CV 91. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the plaintiff alleges that the foregoing deftendants have or claim to have an interest:
