The Defendants, Anthony J. Bonace and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Anthony J. Bonace, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of November, 2012, the Plaintiff, Beneficial Financial I Incorporated, filed its Complaint in Case No. 12CV 3448, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 6144 Columbiana Road, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, Permanent Parcel No. 01-029-0-001.010 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Anthony J. Bonace and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Anthony J. Bonace, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. Said answer day being the 2nd day of May, 2013. In the event that the Defendants, Anthony J. Bonace and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, Anthony J. Bonace, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
