The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Denise S. Green and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Denise S. Green, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of January, 2013, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 13CV 261, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 757 Wilbur Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502, Permanent Parcel No. 53-112-0-367.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Denise S. Green and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Denise S. Green, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. Said answer day being the 23rd day of April, 2013. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Denise S. Green and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Denise S. Green, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
