Jackson, Deceased; Next of Kin and Beneficiary of Ford Olds, aka Ford Oles, Deceased; Herman Clark, Beneficiary of Ford Olds, aka Ford Oles, Deceased; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Herman Clark, are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 21st day of November, 2012, the Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 12CV 3563 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-223-0-128.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: Edgar; Lot 47639.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-223-0-129.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION:

Edgar, Lot 47638.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, penalties, interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 18th day of April, 2013.
