To: Aames Funding Corporation dba Aames Home Loan, whose last known place of business is 350 South Grand Avenue, 42nd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071 and 350 South Grand Avenue, 43rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071 you will take notice that on the 30th day of November, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank Mortgage Loan Department, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No 12CV 3622 alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $110,176.97 plus interest at the rate of 7.125% per annum from July 1, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage, on the real property, which has a street addres of 2662 Poland Village Blvd, Poland, Ohio 44514 being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 35-031-0-126.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to answer on or before the 16th day of April, 2013.
