To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees and the Fiduciary of the Estate and Spouse and Creditors of Daniel C. Tinkler, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Successor Death Trustee of the D, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 12th day of February, 2013, The Huntington National Bank, as successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 13CV 376, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $262,379.34 plus interest at 5.875% per annum from July 1, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 12175 Blott Rd., North Jackson, OH 44451, being permanent parcel number 50-019-0-017.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 10th day of April, 2013.
