The Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Ann Clevenstine, deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Barbara A. Tatar, deceased; Elsie Bailey; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Elsie Bailey; James A. Bailey; and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of James A. Bailey, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 31st day of October, 2012, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 12CV 2719 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 947 Cameron; Lot 40731

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-135-0-130.00-0
PROPERTY LOCATION: 931 Brentwood; Lot 31748
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.
The persons first above mentioned will take notice that they have been made party Defendants is said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 19th day of March, 2013.
