Constance Knecht, Revocable Living Trust, Address Unknown whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of December, 2012, THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, filed its Complaint in Case No 12CV 3861 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Attn: Civil Clerk, c/o Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Trustees, if any, of the V. Constance Knecht, Revocable Living Trust, Address Unknown have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoing and State of Ohio:.
Known as being Campbell City Lot No. 588 formerly Lot No. 1856 of the East Youngstown Land and Improvement Company Plat #4, recorded in Volume 4, Page 30 1/2, Mahoning County Records.
Said Campbell City Lot No. 588 has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the South side of Tenney Ave., and extends between parallel lines One Hundred Sixty Four and Seventy Seven Hundredths, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
