Elizabeth McMullen Inkinen aka Elizabeth Juergensen aka Elizabeth Inkinen Juergensen and John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Elizabeth McMullen Inkinen aka Elizabeth Juergensen aka Elizabeth Inkinen Juergensen, whose last known address is 6856 Waltham Street, Canton, OH 44708, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Elizabeth McMullen Inkinen aka Elizabeth Juergensen aka Elizabeth Inkinen Juergensen, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 28th day of August, 2012, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-EC1 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 12CV 2713 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY ADDDRESS: 552 East Judson Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5559, Page 2339, of this County Recorder's Office/

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-117-0-595.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of February, 2013, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
