Berry, Jr., whose last known address is 610 Mabel Street, Youngstown, OH 44502 and Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of George R. Berry Jr., and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of George R. Berry Jr (if any), will take notice that on the 18th day of July, 2012, CitiMortgage, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 12CV 2196. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
