The Defendant, Michael R. Major, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on September 14, 2012, the Plaintiff, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint Case No. 12CV 2890, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 61 East Oakland Boulevard, Struthers, OH 44471, Permanent Parcel No. 38-021-0-019.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Michael R. Major, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. Said answer day being the 30th day of January, 2013. In the event that the Defendant, Michael R. Major, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
