THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ASSIGNEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES AND SURVIVING SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF RICHARD LABOOTH, DECEASED, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Richard LaBooth, deceased, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio will take notice that on the 15th day of October, 2012, Plaintiff, DANIEL R. YEMMA, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 12CV 3220 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-079-0-409.00-0.
PROPERTY LOCATION: Norwood, Lot 29445 SEC PT.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-079-0-410.00-0.
and
PROPERTY LOCATION: Norwood; Lot 29445.
and
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-079-0-411.00-0.
and
PROPERTY LOCATION: 788 Norwood; Lot 29444.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilitzation Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auctioin or sheriff sale.
The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been make party Defendants, in said Complaint and that they be required to answer on or before the 15th day of January, 2013.
