Alexander Donald Budrevich's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 31st day of October, 2012, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No 12CV 3374 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Alexander Donald Budrevich's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 60124 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Westview Homes Plat, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 43 of Maps, Page 300 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
