Zolovick, Jr. aka William Zolovick, Jr., whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States, will take notice that on the 17th day of July, 2013, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., filed its Amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 12CV 1301. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
