The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Salena Starkey, now deceased, all of whose place of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of October, 2012, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 12CV 3236 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $18,699.63, which represents the unpaid balance due on said Note, together with accrued interest from August 30, 2012, in the amount of $635.14 and interest accruing at the rate of 4.99% per annum, upon a certain obligation signed by, Salena Starkey now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 27181 and the Sourthwesterly 15 feet of Youngstown City Lot No. 27180, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Campbell Lane Company Plat No. 2, A subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 44, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 50, of Mahoning County Records.
