DEFENDANTS.

Defendant, Richard L. McGough, Trustee of the Richard L. McGough Trust, whose last known address is 429 North Glenellen Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, will take notice that on the 11th day of September, 2012, First Place Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 12CV 2838, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant, Richard L. McGough, Trustee of the Richard L. McGough Trust, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 429 Glenellen Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-171-0-027.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 26th day of December, 2012.
