Liberty Street, Apt. 110, Hubbard I, OH 44425 and 74 Bright Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405, John Doe, name unknown, unknown spouses of Charlene Crissman, whose last known places of residence is 518 W. Liberty Street, Apt. 110, Hubbard I, OH 44425 and 74 Bright Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405 each of you will take notice that on the 21st day of August, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, filed an Amended Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 2199, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $22,204.29 plus interest at 9.00% per annum from July 1, 2011, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 74 Bright Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405, being Permanent parcel number PPN: 46-008-0-245.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 26th day of December, 2012.
