To: Anna May Taylor, whose last known place of residence is: 235 West Ohio Avenue, Sebring, OH 44672 and John Doe, Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, of Anna May Taylor, whose last known place of residence is: 235 West Ohio Avenue, Sebring, OH 44672 each of you will take notice that on the 27th day of August, 2012, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure, in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 12CV 2697, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $125,994.45 plus interest at 7.625% per annum from April 1, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissary Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 235 W. Ohio Avenue, Sebring, OH 44672, being permanent parcel number PPN: 21-003-0-247.000
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants named above are required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of December, 2012.
