Seese, and the Unknown Spouse, Creditors, Executors, Executrices, Administrators, Heirs at Law, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees and/or Assigns and Their Spouses, Creditors, Executors, Executrices, Administrators, Heirs at Law, Next of Kin, Legatees, Devisees and/or Assigns, if any, of the Actual Name Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nettie V. Seese, (hereinafter "The Unknown Heirs"), whose last known place of residence and post office address is not known, but whose present residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff have brought his action naming you as defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Supplemental Complaint on the 23rd day of July, 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio in Case No. 12CV 1916, the object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following real estate:

Situated in the Village of Washingtonville, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number 130 as shown in a Plat thereof known as R.E. and M. J. Kruegel's Plat No. 2, recorded in Volume 60, Page 57, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Washingtonville Village Lot Number 130 has frontage of 75 feet on the East Line of Chris Avenue and extends back on its North Line 150 feet and extends back on its South Line 150 feet, and has a rear line of 75 feet as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 120 Chris Street, Washingtonville, OH 44490.

And for in rem judgment upon a promissory note executed to Charter One, a Division of RSB Citizens, N.A. by Nettie V. Seese, then and as an unmarried person, in the sum of $61,418.35 plus interest at 6.59% per annum from October 27, 2011.

The relief demanded is an in rem judgment against the defendants; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; and further that defendants Unknown Heirs, be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 20th day of November, 2012. Answer day being the 18th day of December, 2012.

In case of your failure to Answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
