Carl Hively, aka Carl J. Hively Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of July, 2011, The Huntington National Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Second Amended Complaint in Case No: 11CV 1137 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging Defendants Carl Hively aka Carl J. Hively Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Green, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Section Number Four (4) according to the original survey of said Green Township, and is bounded and further described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike in the center line of Knauf Road, 2694.00 feet north of a monument found at the interesection of the center line of Calla Road and Knauf Roads, thence in a westerly direction, passing over an iron pin 22.6 feet from said spike, south 89¼ 42' west, a distance of 845.4 feet to an iron pin; thence southerly 256.72 feet to an iron pin; thence easterly a distance of 848.4 feet on a bearing of north 89¼ 42 East, passing over an iron pin 25.00 feet from a point in the centerline of Knauf Road; thence north a distance of 256.72 feet to the place of beginning; and containing therein 3.00 acres of land, and being part of the lands conveyed to Carl Hively and Mildred Slaven by Certificate for Transfer of real estate from Elmer J. Hively, deceased, dated July 5, 1951, and recorded in Volume 662 at Page 110 of Mahoning County Records of Deeds and being also part of the lands conveyed to Carl Hively from Mildred H. and Arthur Slaven, dated April 12, 1952, and recorded in Volume 669 at Page 443 of Mahoning County Records for Deeds and being also part of the same lands in which Carl Hively aka Carl J. Hively deeded a 1/2 interest to his wife, Esther Hively, by deed dated September 12, 1973 and recorded in Volume 1302, page 367 of Mahoning County Records of Deeds.
