Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Jerry McClung, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jerry McClung (if any), will take take notice that on the 12th day of September, 2012, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No: 12CV 2863. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
