The Defendants, John Rulek; the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, is any, of John Rulek, deceased; Agnes R. Rulek, aka Agnes Rulek, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Agnes R. Rulek, aka Agnes Rulek, deceased; Leroy R. Welsh; Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, is any of Leroy R. Welsh; the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Leroy R. Welsh, deceased; Margaret G. Welsh; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Margaret G. Welsh; the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Margaret G. Welsh, deceased; and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward R. Bevan, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 23rd day of July, 2012, the Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 12CV 2256 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 626 Union, YCL 37304.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-043-0-155.000
PROPERTY LOCATION: Union, YCL 5937.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-043-0-154.010
PROPERTY LOCATION: Union, YCL 5938.
and
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.:53-043-0-154.000
PROPERTY LOCATION: Union, 5938 PART.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.
The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 12th day of December, 2012.
